Chesapeake Systems is the premier manufacturer’s representative, leading the industry in professionalism and knowledge, supported by world-class customer service. We are constantly seeking and developing quality customers, vendors, and employees. The Company was incorporated in 1992 as a commercial HVAC manufacturer's representative in the Maryland/DC Market. In 2000, R.L. Gladden joined Chesapeake Systems. He is now President/CEO and sole shareholder.
Chesapeake began with two divisions: bid & spec and aftermarket. It has since diversified and now has five primary divisions:
Our Engineered Sales Group (EPG) Division provides a full staff of outside and inside sales personnel that work to design and sell commercial HVAC equipment in the Mid-Atlantic. Our objective begins by working with Consulting Engineers to becoming the basis of design with the products we represent. Once the project is offered for bidding purposes we negotiate with the contracting firms to obtain an order on the full package of equipment we can offer.
Our EPG Division of Chesapeake Systems, LLC follows the corporate vision as being the premier manufacturer's representative, leading the industry in professionalism and knowledge, supported by world-class customer service.
